Australian rider Harley Brown won the US West Coast league World Cup qualifier in Del Mar, California, the first weekend in September. WoSJ decided to find out a little bit more about Brown and his winning horse – the wonderful thirteen year old grey gelding Cassiato. Harley Brown comes from Melbourne, Australia, but in 2003 he set sails for the US to compete and train. As often happens Brown stayed, and he is now based with his business and family in San Luis Obispo in sunny California.
