WOODSIDE, Calif.– The LEG Woodside Summer Circuit kicked off this week with the Woodside Circuit Opener (June 20-24), the first of three exciting weeks of top-notch horse showing at the Horse Park at Woodside.

In the Open Welcome Stake, Olivia Brown piloted her green horse to the win. “Valiant is about ten years old, but he’s a bit green,” Olivia explained. “We have done some 1.50m classes together, but I have never really pushed him to go very fast. I brought him to this show with a plan of going quicker and that’s just what we did. I was happy that he jumped around so confidently and responded when I pushed him hard in the jump-off.
