World class rider and trainer Harley Brown joins the CONQUER® Get Ready Team

LEXINGTON, Ky (April 2010) Getting ready for the 2010 World Cup Qualifier Grand Prix demands attention to every detail, which paid off for international jumping champion Harley Brown, who finished as Reserve Champion in San Juan Capistrano, Calif. And Brown says one of the important details is CONQUER® 100 percent H.A. joint therapy, which he uses on all of his horses. “I would not jump without it.”

With May and June shows in California, as well as travels to Europe for WEG selection events,  Brown continues to step up preparations for his 18-hand, gray mount Cassiato (Concerto II—Calinka S). And he joins CONQUER’s new Get Ready To Perform team, a growing roster of professional and amateur athletes who routinely use CONQUER and recommend it. Researched and developed by a team of veterinarians, CONQUER is the first 100 percent pure Hyaluronic Acid (H.A.) oral therapy for the added stress on equine joints during training and performance. It earned the highest ratings of all equine joint health supplements submitted for field trial testing by Horse Journal (November 2007). And it’s the oral H.A. joint therapy that continues to gain notice and loyalty.

Brown and Cassiato recently performed in the $300,000 Grand Prix and secured a Certificate of Capability (COC), which keeps them on track to qualify as part of the Australian team for the 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games (WEG) in Kentucky this fall. The Games, governed by the Fédération Equestre International (FEI) and held every four years, are comprised of the world championships for eight equestrian sports.

“I use a combination of CONQUER and Chrondrogen EQ® on all of my horses and they have never gone better,” says Brown, who owns Harley Brown Equestrian, a premier hunter-jumper training facility on California’s central coast.

“CONQUER’s been medically researched and clinically proven but it’s always exciting to hear feedback from trainers and riders at all levels who try CONQUER and discover how well it works,” said Stuart Pierce, DVM, Kinetic founder and president. “Given Harley and Cassiato’s level of performance at the World Cup level, with its exceedingly high demands and stress on joints, his endorsement of CONQUER is special for us.”

Last year, Brown and Cassiato qualified for and competed in the 2009 FEI World Cup Show Jumping Final. To earn this position, Brown and “Cass” won the $75,000 Anderson Family Grand Prix CSI-W in Sacramento, and were third in the HITS Desert Circuit $50,000 Purina Mills Grand Prix CSI-W, the $50,000 L.A. International Grand Prix CSI-W, and the $50,000 L.A. National Grand Prix CSI-W.

“With a top performance in San Juan Capistrano, Harley tells us he and Cassiato could make it  to the top three and be on their way to the World Cup Final in Geneva,” Pierce says. “The entire CONQUER team will definitely be following them and wishing them the best of luck.”
